 Eastside Christian School, founded in 1983, operates as a ministry of the Easide Baptist Church and offers educational programs to students in grades kindergarten through eight. The school s curriculum includes language arts, English, mathematics, science, social studies, computer application and foreign language. It offers instructions in music, physical education, library skills, and media and information technology. It provides a wide range of co-curricular activities, such as academic clubs, music ensembles, field trips, games, quizzes and sports tournaments. Its athletic program includes basketball, cross country, soccer, tennis and volleyball. Eastside Christian School located in Marietta, Ga., and is approved by the Georgia Accrediting Commission. It is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and the Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools.
