Inspired by a time when social clubs served as the mainstay for cocktails, conversation and community, Back Bay Social Club invites those with a craving for delicious food, a laid back vibe and good company to stop in and stay a while. Red leather booths, dark mahogany bars, black and white tiled floors and pressed tin ceilings set a scene reminiscent of 1960’s Manhattan in this two-story Back Bay restaurant. The menu of American favorites is available until 1:30am daily, one of the few in the area to do so. The well-rounded menu offers something for everyone, such as The Social Burger, a carefully-sought blend of dry-aged beef smothered in onions and cave-aged cheddar, and fun daily blackboard specials. Beverage Manager Tom Masticola, who launched No. 9 Park’s thriving bar program, is the mastermind behind riffs on classic cocktails like The Club High Ball with Sazerac rye and Maine root ginger beer and the White Russian made with house-made coffee liquor. With its friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and food from Open to Close, Back Bay Social Club has something for everyone. |
