Armitage Church, located in Chicago, is an inner city, multiethnic congregation, known for its efforts to deal with contemporary issues and urban needs. The church represents more than 40 different nationalities, and its eight weekly services in Chicago have a constituency of more than 4,500 worshippers, that includes people from all economic backgrounds. Its internship program prepares people to minister in an urban environment.
