 William W Carter Elementary School offers learning opportunities to more than 410 students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school provides classes in math, science, social studies and writing. It offers extracurricular activities in basketball, volleyball, cheerleading and flag football, as well as operates chess, modeling, poetry, dance and family reading clubs. William W Carter Elementary School also serves students with disabilities. The school offers special education, transportation and food services. In addition, it administers financial literacy, Dell Techknow, and after-school tutoring and academic enrichment programs.
