 George W. Tilton Elementary School has an enrollment of more than 410 students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school offers classes in math, science, Spanish, social studies and language arts. It administers the Illinois Standards Achievement Test for students in grades three through eight. George W. Tilton Elementary School provides individualized education programs for students with physical and developmental disabilities. The school also offers before- and after-school tutoring programs. Its enrichment activities include sports, dance, martial arts, chess, and arts and crafts. George W. Tilton Elementary School s facilities include a gymnasium, auditorium, and science and computer labs. The school is governed by Chicago Public Schools.
