 Caf Brazil opened for business in 1991 and was founded as a quaint, 10-table restaurant where people can enjoy a variety of breakfast items and specialty roasted coffees from around the world. The concept was an instant success, and today it has more than five locations in Texas. The caf s menu includes a range of beverages, sandwiches, omelets, quesadillas and desserts. Its signature specials include chipotle steak and eggs, chilaquiles, chili rellenos, chicken tacos, vegetarian migas and fruit pancrepes. The caf s specialty roasted coffee includes house blend, organic Colombian estate, hazelnut decaf, cinnamon pecan pie decaf, coconut cr me and white chocolate macadamia nut varieties. It additionally offers catering services. Cafe Brazil maintains a location in Dallas.
