 Promise MCC is a dynamic, Spirit-led, Christian Church. Promise MCC began on May 18, 1997, under the leadership of its founding Pastor, Rev. Jon Haack. Promise MCC is located in northern Oak Cliff, a sector of the city of Dallas, Texas. Promise MCC welcomes everyone in a spirit of Christ--we are one in Christ Jesus. We have a primary outreach to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender communities. We are part of the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches ( UFMCC ) a world-wide Christian denomination founded in 1968 by the Rev. Elder Troy Perry.
