 David Griffin & Company Realtors was founded in 1982 to celebrate and to promote older, life-enriching neighborhoods and has grown to more than 50 agents and one of the largest real estate firms in North Texas. The company's vision was to market and connect Dallas neighborhoods surrounding its urban center. With the expansion of the city northward, the neighborhoods north of downtown were grouped together with one identity, the neighborhoods east of downtown with another, and the neighborhoods south of downtown with a third. Several years ago, with the redevelopment of the Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek, Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods, David Griffin & Company Realtors developed the city's leading marketing arm to represent the new residential condominium-townhouse developments that were springing up throughout these neighborhoods.
