 Victor H. Hexter Elementary School is a learning center that is governed by the Dallas Independent School District. The school serves more than 480 students in prekindergarten through grade five. It provides a variety of general academic programs. The school operates a student council, choir, and chess and art clubs. It offers sports activities, such as basketball and soccer. Victor H. Hexter Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that sponsors events, including annual carnivals and rock art festivals.
