 Greg has the Professional and Life Experience to Serve You Well. In the past Greg has had extensive professional experience working for Bank of Hawaii as well as other banks on the mainland. Now a resident of the Big Island for more than 20 years, in 1998 he turned his efforts to the real estate profession full time, first as the Executive Officer for the Kona Board of Realtors, responsible for association management and facilitating the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, then in 1999 becoming a Realtor, was recognized as Rookie Top Producer that year. In 2002 became a Real Estate Broker, in 2009 was the overall Top Producer for Clark Realty, the largest Brokerage on the Island and has ranked in the “Top 100 Realtors”, state wide in “Hawaii Business Magazine”. During the course of his real estate career he has devoted the time and energy to continuing education achieving designations as; Broker, GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, ABR, Accredited as a Buyers Representative and CIPS, a Certified International Property Specialist and now is the Principal Broker for his own boutique company, Kona-Kohala Realty LLC.
