 Rick's Cabaret International owns and operates nearly 10 adult nightclubs under the names Rick's Cabaret and XTC that offer live adult entertainment, restaurants and bar operations. The company's nightclubs are in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; Charlotte, N.C.; New York; and Minneapolis. In June 2004, the company converted its original Rick's Cabaret nightclub in Houston's Galleria District into Club Onyx, an upscale venue that welcomes all customers, but caters especially to urban professionals, businessmen and professional athletes. The company also owns and operates a sports bar under the name Hummers in Houston and owns or operates premiere adult entertainment Internet Web sites. Rick's Cabaret International is headquartered in Houston.
