 Pearl S. Rucker Elementary School is a learning institute that serves more than 230 students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. The school offers instruction in a selection of subjects, such as reading, science, social studies and math. Its campus features a computer laboratory and library. Pearl S. Rucker Elementary School also administers English as a Second Language, Title I, special education, and gifted and talented programs. The school employs a staff of over 30 people. In addition, it offers lunch and guidance counseling solutions. Pearl S. Rucker Elementary School is one of the facilities managed by the Houston Independent School District.
