Founded in 1964, Goodman Elementary School is a learning facility that enrolls more than 800 students in kindergarten through grade four. It offers classes in math, computer education and writing. The school also provides special education programs for gifted and talented students. Goodman Elementary School features a library and computer laboratory. In addition, it provides grouping tutorial, Title I and English as a Second Language programs. The school is a part of the Aldine Independent School District, which operates elementary, middle and high schools. The district has a staff of over 4,200 employees. It is recognized by the Texas Education Agency. |
