Lipsky and Brandt, a full-service law firm, was founded in 1982 by Victor Lipsky and Philip Brandt. Lipsky and Brandt has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV and the various attorneys of the firm are admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. The firm is comprised of six attorneys and support staff, and maintains offices in Philadelphia, PA and Voorhees, NJ. The firm represents individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLC's, and financial institutions and concentrates its practice in several areas including corporate and commercial law and financing, real estate, civil and commercial litigation, creditors' rights, insurance litigation, construction litigation, family law, and trusts and estates. The firm's philosophy is that the satisfaction of the client is our paramount concern. Unlike medium and large sized firms, our attorneys have no minimum billable hour requirement. This serves two purposes. First, the client is billed only for work which is necessary in their matter, rather than being billed on the basis of assisting an attorney to reach his or her quota of minimum annual billable hours. Second, we believe in the importance of our attorneys' quality of life, which keeps us fresh so that we can vigorously advocate on our clients' behalf on a daily basis. |
