Samuels & Son Seafood occupies six stalls at the Philadelphia Seafood Distribution Center, which are filled with a fresh bounty from the sea. The company s only business is selling fish, shellfish, scallops and other seafood and sushi products to Philadelphia s fine restaurants, hotels and markets. Samuels & Son's sources are located throughout the world. It will skin, butcher and filet each fish to maximize taste and minimize waste. Samuels & Son also conducts fish-cutting workshops for its clients who prefer to do it themselves. Each order is checked for quality at three different stages before it is delivered in refrigerated trucks to the customer's door. |
