After obtaining a BS in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Bhatnagar graduated from University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. She continued her training in an intensive residency program at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. This training has enabled her to treat all facets of dentistry efficiently, effectively, gently, and thoroughly. After her training, Dr. Bhatnagar remained in the hospital dentistry arena treating medically and mentally compromised patients at Special Smiles, Ltd., Episcopal Hospital, Temple University. Her love for treating medically and mentally challenged patients gave her the inspiration to complete a Masters in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Public Health. With over 12 years in practice, Dr. Bhatnagar remains active with advancements in dentistry through seminars and study clubs. Her commitment to continuing education has enrolled her in a 5 year Mastership program with the Academy of General Dentistry, in which she aims to incorporate the latest dental treatment advancements into her practice. Her passion is to provide dental health and beautiful smiles to people and their families. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Bhatnagar enjoys music, golfing, hiking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Bhatnagar and her husband Ajay Bhatnagar, MD, MBA are taking pleasure in their infant twins and have enjoyed the addition with their family, friends, staff, and patients. Dr. Ajay Bhatnagar is a practicing radiation oncologist in Casa Grande, and is extremely devoted to his field. Together, Drs. Ajay and Rashmi Bhatnagar spend much of their time with charitable events fighting against causes of various types of cancer. Prior to her Arizona relocation, Dr. Bhatnagar was practicing dentistry in Pennsylvania. She takes pride in her relationships gained with previous staff and patients. She was featured in the Pittsburgh 51 Corridor newspaper and wrote monthly articles educating people on different procedures and trends in the field of dentistry. Now, she continues to spread dental education with articles in the Ahwatukee Foothills News newspaper. Dr. Bhatnagar hopes to continue building close relationships with her patients in Ahwatukee, and hopes to spread dental education among the surrounding community. Dr. Bhatnagar is a current member of the Arizona Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Crown Council, Foothills Study Club, and the Spear Study Club.Genderfemale |
