We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, and all natural ingredients in our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza. A new and similar style of pizza, Rimini, utilizes 40% less dough than the Napoletana, creating a light, crispy and refreshing feel. Along with this fine addition, our new Gelateria serves authentic artisanal gelato, crafted in our home restaurant daily.
