 Lou Malnati's Phoenix is Malnati's first out-of-state pizzeria, and a premier destination for pizza in Phoenix. Although Lou Malnati's may be one of the newer restaurants in Phoenix, we've been a Chicago institution for over 45 years. Lou Malnati opened the original Lou Malnati's Pizzeria in Lincolnwood, IL on March 17, 1971. On opening day, people lined the street just to get a taste of his soon to be legendary deep dish pizza! Today, we're serving people all over Chicagoland from our many pizzerias, and now in Phoenix, too!
