RBG Bar and Grill near Downtown Phoenix features classic American dishes with Southwestern accents, served sizzling from its signature grill. Some of our favorite entrees are the Black Angus short ribs served with poblano potato cake; the mesquite salmon served with heirloom beans, rainbow chard and crisp bacon; and the boneless rib eye served with Umbrian truffle tater tots.
