 Founded in 1966, Metro United Methodist Urban Ministry is a social service and community development agency that provides a range of employment and educational services. It serves several low-income individuals, families and communities. The agency offers work force development programs. Metro United Methodist Urban Ministry also provides leadership development services. The agency administers the Safe Passage mentoring program, which serves children between the ages of 10 and 18.
