 Myron B. Green Elementary School is a magnet school that offers academic instruction, physical education, a variety of fine arts programs and community-building activities. It offers a gifted cluster program for students in grades three through five. The school s academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as reading, science, social studies and mathematics. Its school site council reviews school and student performance data; monitors progress of plan implementation; collaborates with other advisory groups; and recommends plans to the Board of Education. The school s parent-teacher association sponsors several educational and enriching programs for students. Additionally, it provides transportation and guidance counseling. Located in San Diego, Myron B. Green Elementary School is a part of the San Diego Unified School District.
