 Stone Ranch Elementary School is operated by the Poway Unified School District that also operates other elementary, middle and high schools. It provides academic classes to more than 1,000 students in grades kindergarten through five. The school has a parent-teacher association that promotes understanding between parents, teachers and students and provides services to the school that helps maintaining a constructive working relationship. It provides classes in a wide range of subjects, including language arts, physical education, English, math, history, science, art, music and special education. The school provides extended student services that include arts and crafts projects, science activities, math concept development, and reading and language arts reinforcement.
