 The bluest skies you'll ever see are in Seattle! How gorgeous it is in the Pacific NW. It is hard to imagine living anywhere else. The market has shifted into what is considered a more balanced state. Sellers need to be wise to setting their list price correctly. Buyers have more to choose from. They feel as if they have more time to shop. Interest Rates are still low but fairly uncertain to what the Fed will do. With all of that though: This is a GREAT time to sell and/or buy.
