Westgroup Partners, formerly the Pacific Seaboard Group, was founded in September 1979 by Pat Colee to develop and manage commercial properties. Westgroup s specialty was in the recognition of undervalued real estate. Noble House specializes in independent properties that are in harmony with local culture and environment. Many of Noble House s acquisitions undergo limited to extensive renovations to enhance and restore the qualities that make each property unique.
