In the spring of 1989, Brewed Awakenings was created at a time when coffee houses and drive-thru's were in the infancy stages and only a handful existed. Our simple premise was to buy and serve the best quality coffee and pastries available. We have developed our own pastry recipes and we use only top quality ingredients. We served the best quality coffee that we found would come close to our standards.
