 Rare Quality Remodel & Restoration was established in 2003 by Dale Hardesty and Jon Faulkner, both licensed, experienced craftsmen with a long history in the remodeling and restoration industry. Dale and Jon first worked together on a home remodel in 1997, and continued to cross paths on subsequent projects. After working together for six years, Dale and Jon wanted to combine their mutual commitment to quality craftsmanship in their own business venture. Today, they continue their commitment, offering their expertise on projects ranging from home maintenance issues, to additions and remodels.
