 Chinook Elementary School is a learning center that provides educational classes to students in kindergarten through grade five. The school provides educational classes in various subjects, such as language arts, music, basic skills, math, science, social studies, reading, creative writing, spelling, and health and physical education. It has a team of guidance counselors that counsel students regarding personal and academic problems. Chinook Elementary School has a parent-teacher-student association that works for the overall development of the school. It is a part of the Vancouver School District, which operates more than 30 elementary, middle and high schools and serves over 22,000 students.
