 Rosa Parks Elementary School has an annual enrollment of more than 570 students in kindergarten through grade five. It is a part of Portland Public Schools and is located in Portland, Ore. It has educational and business partnerships with the University Park Recreation Center, Boys & Girls Club, 21st Century Schools, the University of Portland and Portland State University. Rosa Parks Elementary School conducts special classes in dance, drama and visual arts. The school maintains a school site council and parent-teacher organization that provides support and assistance to the school by organizing various fundraising events and activities, as well as offering scholarships to students. Rosa Parks Elementary School supports various before- and after-school care programs that are sponsored by the Peninsula Children's Center.
