Founded in 1879, Barnes Elementary School is located in Beaverton, Ore., and is a part of the Beaverton School District. The school serves more than 600 students in grades kindergarten through five. Its academic curriculum includes studies in mathematics, science and social science. Additionally, the school offers classes in arts, history and technology education.
