 At Sunnyside Montessori House of Children, the early childhood curriculum follows the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori. The school encourages the development of the whole child, allowing for an orderly, calm and peaceful approach to learning. Through the early childhood education program, children gain confidence in making choices and become aware of their surroundings. As a result of this process, the children develop mutual respect, feelings of self-worth and an appreciation of others as well as many other qualities which enrich their young lives.
