 Vestal Elementary School is an educational facility that provides a range of learning opportunities for more than 400 students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. It offers classes in language arts, math, social studies and science. The school also provides the English as a Second Language program. Vestal Elementary School offers extracurricular activities choir, band and guitar. In addition, it operates math and homework clubs. The school provides before- and after-school care programs. Vestal Elementary School has partnerships with the Unitus Community Credit Union and the Portland Schools Foundation. It also offers special education programs for gifted and talented students. The school is a part of Portland Public Schools.
