I include Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, or Passive Joint Movement to target your body's specific needs. Invigorating Massage~ This is a much more energizing style of massage and is wonderful if you must return to work after your session or if you are feeling tired and rundown. A blend of Petrosage Techniques are used to tonify (stimulate & strengthen) your body and its energy pathways, blood, lymph, and organs. I include many pressure points and an adaptation of Tuina that I've found particularly effective for my clients.
