Established in 1974, Orr Elementary School has an annual enrollment of more than 300 students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school organizes various honors assemblies to recognize student accomplishments in the areas of academics, citizenship and attendance. It conducts regular classroom instruction and a variety of programs that supports and enriches the core curriculum. The school supports special education, English Language Learners, and guidance and counseling programs. Its core curriculum includes numerous subjects, such as math, science, speech and language, social studies, reading, art, life skills and physical education.
