 Doswell E. Brooks Elementary offers early childhood care and education to students in grades kindergarten through six. It offers programs in maths, science, languages, social studies and health education. The school has a library and a cafeteria for the students. It organizes a variety of extra curricular events including painting and academic competitions, debates and quiz. It also organizes sports events, such as gymnastics and football competitions for the students. Additionally, the school offers a variety of special events, including Halloweens and holiday tours, science and book fair projects and group activities. It is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education and is located in Capitol Heights, Md.
