 Tule Elk Park (TEP) Child Development Center is a Child Development Center (CDC) and operated by the San Francisco Unified School District. The center provides both all-day and after-school programs for 196 kindergarten and elementary children. Located in San Francisco, Calif., it offers a range of programs, such as literacy development, parent involvement and community building and professional development and leadership. The center has association with the Jewish Coalition for Literacy and the Raising a Reader (RAR).
