 Martin Pierce is a designer of custom door handles and luxury door hardware for the home and for hospitality sector. As a sculptor and artist, he has steered his company, Martin Pierce Hardware to creating a diverse and unique collection of custom door hardware. The absence of suitable artistic cabinet hardware led Martin to begin creating custom hardware designs. Beginning with cabinet pulls, the collection grew to include several styles of door handles and hardware, bathroom accessories and, most recently, lighting. The hardware collections range from contemporary to classical designs and include organic shapes, trees, insects, lizards and ocean themes all cast in investment bronze or stainless steel and made in Los Angeles. The custom hardware designs have been created for private wine cellars, boutique hotels and spas and luxury homes to name a few. At the end of 2018 Martin Pierce’s door handle designs became a focal point for the public areas at the luxury Post Oak Hotel, a Gensler designed Landry’s project in Houston. Most recently the company has introduced a range of illuminated door handles and grips and will soon be launching their first illuminated cabinet pulls.
