 For NYC residences, our rate is $25.00 per hour for a regular cleaning. The fee for new clients and brides is $100.00 with a 25% discount price is a flat rate of $75.00. This cleaning includes all bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room areas. Then has a maintenance a up keep fee of $25.00 per hour after, as a weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly service the price goes down to $50.00 with no additional charges. Please note as of June 1st 2014 we charge an additional fee for all clients with Pets. We also supply the entire cleaning products for each cleaning free of charge. *All areas of NYC!
