ABOUT DOUBLE HELIX LAS VEGAS Founded in 2008, Double Helix launched its first dual bar at The Grand Canal Shoppes at the Palazzo/Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The name, Double Helix, was carefully chosen to reflect the positive and proven benefits of wine on human health. At Town Square Las Vegas, the 2,800-square-foot space features a full bar that offers over 40 unique wines by the glass, 100 whiskey labels, sampler flights, and Double Helix's signature "cocktails". Chef Doug Vega, whose previous experience includes Daniel Boulud's DB Brasserie, has created a wine and spirit-friendly smallplates tasting menu. Guests are treated to shareable, melt-in-your-mouth dishes that satisfy any craving for $16 or less. Our diverse menu includes charcuterie and cheese boards, flatbreads, and a range of gourmet comfort food dishes like arancini,steak frites, ,grown-up grill cheese, meatballs, a variety of sliders and seared yellowfin tuna. Chef has also added a gluten free menu to our offerings. The pet-friendly and cigar-friendly patio includes a beautiful fire pit conducive for conversation and gatherings, a cooling mister system for the summer, and ultra-comfortable lounge-style furniture.
