Full House Resorts develops and manages gaming facilities. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1987. FHR originally owned and operated Deadwood Gulch Casino in Deadwood, S.D., which was subsequently sold in 1998. The company also developed the successful Mill Casino for the Coquille Indians in North Bend, Ore. Full House Resorts manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at the Harrington Raceway in Harrington, Del. Midway Slots and Simulcast has approximately 1,435 gaming devices, a 450-seat buffet, a 50-seat diner and an entertainment lounge. The company is also developing, and will eventually manage, a casino for the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians in Battle Creek, Mich.
