 Located in Las Vegas, Freddie Glusman opened Piero's Italian Restaurant in 1982. The restaurant s staff includes the chef, an office manager, events coordinator, beverage manager and captain. Piero's Italian Restaurant s clients include several well-know personalities, such as Keith Richards, Larry Bird, Jerry Lewis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Phyllis McGuire, Steve Lawrence, Eydie Gorme and Wayne Newton. The restaurant offers banquet facilities for private events and makes arrangements for floral decorations and DJ and live music. It organizes theme parties and board meetings. Piero's Italian Restaurant has been conferred with the Zagat Award of Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. It has been also awarded by the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association.
